Not much of a speech. There was nothing invasive about my question. Didn't ask for her employers phone number. I'm asked for a simple answer, like mathematician, psychologist, doctor, pilot, submarine captain, firefighter, homemaker, rugby player, historian, inmate, english teacher, archaeologist, accountant, restaurant manager, cook, social worker, human resource person, etc. Yes, I could ignore her, but I've never put anybody on ignore before and don't really want to go there.

I flatly am not persuaded by the argument that these transgender suicides have anything whatsoever to do with society....I am not convinced that dealing with it a problem society needs to be burdened with.

What if in this case, the doctor or parent errors in their determination and the child grows up feeling that their physical characteristics do not match what their brain tells them they are?

Ok, then an error was made. So what? This human error has nothing to do with the DNA in the person that tells us what sex they actually are. I directly responded to this point in a previous comment.

The child has had freaking gender assignment surgery.
The parent/doctor unknowingly erred in choosing the child's freaking gender assignment.
The child grows up feeling out of place in their own body because their brain doesn't match their freaking body.

What then? What happens to the child who is yet to discover why they feel that something is wrong with them?

Should the child just get over it and go hang themselves?
