Not much of a speech. There was nothing invasive about my question. Didn't ask for her employers phone number. I'm asked for a simple answer, like mathematician, psychologist, doctor, pilot, submarine captain, firefighter, homemaker, rugby player, historian, inmate, english teacher, archaeologist, accountant, restaurant manager, cook, social worker, human resource person, etc. Yes, I could ignore her, but I've never put anybody on ignore before and don't really want to go there.

If you're more interested in playing, then play without complaining about the game. I said exactly nothing about putting someone on ignore. I said to stop interacting.

Just trying to get some context, maybe help me understand why you're so tedious. What can I say to get you to stop stalking me?

Tedious and stalking? Are these alternate definitions for "I don't like it when I am disagreed with and the other person supports their position with facts, which I can't do, so I will attack the person instead"?

Come on. You don't need to know anything about me to discuss this. You would be far better served by educating yourself about the actual topic.

Couldn't agree more.
Jersey Girl wrote:Furthermore, it's really not okay for you to accuse another member of stalking you when you yourself have asked an invasive question about their in real life.

So shut it and continue to respond to those on topic comments that you want to. No one is holding a gun to your head and making you reply to anyone's posts here.
That too.

Glad that burning him at the stake center was off the table as an option.

Not only because it won't help, but because it will result in new problems. Our entire society does not, and should not, revolve around the depressed feelings of this one person who most likely is mentally insane to begin with.

<snip>

I do not believe him to be a woman. He's not a woman. And I'm not going to neuter my own identity, the identify of my culture, the culture of my children, so he can feel good about himself.

A transperson will never be a totally normal member of society no matter how badly they want it. I don't care if this ugly man wants to be a woman, he's not and never will be. I don't care how much surgery he gets. His appearance will always creep people out...

Wow. So much uneducated bias, incredible hatred, and flat-out ignorance in your last post Water Dog. Good thing all of that is just your sick opinion and not based on any facts, evidence, or education. Hopefully you have spewed your hatred enough that we can now get back to an actual debate on the topic. I won't even ask you for a CFR on this:

Goddamn a bear! You're incapable of answering a question.

What if in this case, the doctor or parent errors in their determination and the child grows up feeling that their physical characteristics do not match what their brain tells them they are?

Ok, then an error was made. So what? This human error has nothing to do with the DNA in the person that tells us what sex they actually are. I directly responded to this point in a previous comment.

An error was made, so what?

You enormous freaking idiot. Here is the question one last time.

What if in this case, the doctor or parent errors in their determination and the child grows up feeling that their physical characteristics do not match what their brain tells them they are?

The child has had freaking gender assignment surgery.
The parent/doctor unknowingly erred in choosing the child's freaking gender assignment.
The child grows up feeling out of place in their own body because their brain doesn't match their freaking body.

What then? What happens to the child who is yet to discover why they feel that something is wrong with them?

Should the child just get over it and go hang themselves?

What the holy “F” is your solution there?

Every other question I posed to you is related to the first question and you can't even manage a thoughtful answer to that.

You say "An error was made, so what?"

That really tells us all we need to know about your less than human level of empathy and how unwilling you are to consider the plight of others or spend 5 bloody seconds of your life reflecting on a question posed to you about serious biological and psychological issues.

An error was made, so what? You're error is making yourself out to be someone who cares when what you are is indifferent and wedded your indifference.

By definition Gender means "Either of the two sexes (male and female), especially when considered with reference to social and cultural differences rather than biological ones" https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/gender

and it doesn't really matter. Words and definitions are created by humans, not by the universe, not by God. We create our own purpose and meaning. I honestly don't see a point in your argument, it is not like we are denying biology, we know the former stake president can't get pregnant, we know she doesn't have a menstrual cycle, we know she has a penis, we know she is stronger. No one is denying that. So what exactly is your problem?

If allowed to remain, what if that guy went into the Temple and requested to be sealed to Joseph Smith? Can you see the problem during the Millennium when Joseph Smith called his name? Unless of course, he was resurrected in a perfected nubile teenage female body. Then all Joseph would need to do is flash a big ol' grin and all would be set right again in this dispensation and in Spirit Paradise.

Cognitive dissonance is a bitch I guess. for what it's worth it wasn't my intent to trigger you. No worries, all the best
