Like others, I have no idea if you really are Will’s wife or a sock-puppet, but I’m going to frame my reply based on you really being Belinda.

I do not fault you for solely addressing the “bitch” question, although you ignored the “whore” question, because that is, after all, what you’ve been repeatedly asked. But I do get the impression that you likely have not read the entirety of the opening post, along with the detailed recounts of past threads, so I want to ask for your reaction to three events in particular. I’ll put them in separate posts for convenience.

1. Perhaps you remember Kimberly Ann. Will says that you enjoyed her blog about her breast reduction alongside of him. In the opening post, Ms.Jack quoted several of Will’s comments about KA’s breasts:

I did go to the exmo conference to hear Brent. And believe me, I remember very well you and your black dress. As I recall, you were struggling to keep the girls tucked in securely. ;-) But don't worry, I didn't feel threatened or ashamed. If one views God as an artist, then certainly the female breast is one of His masterpieces.

Per Kimberly Ann’s request, and because my heart is still twitterpated at the recollection of her in slinky black dress

I’m perfect in my imperfection. You’re perfect in your black dress.

I might note that, if KA did not desire her breasts to be "ogled" on the evening in question, she might have selected from her wardrobe an item of clothing that more effectively covered the body parts in question. The black dress she chose could not have covered more than 40% of the breastage she brought to the occasion. Her attire would have been more appropriate for an AVN expo in Las Vegas.

At this point, KA got fed up and posted a picture of her rather tame black dress, to which Will replied:

The breast reduction surgery appears to have been successful.

(Kimberly does remain somewhat famous [among a small circle of otherwise respected academics] on account of my descriptions of her having once squeezed her then more voluptuous spirit tabernacle into a slinky black three-sizes-too-small dress at the 2006 Exmormon Foundation conference in Salt Lake City, which I attended. One wouldn't have believed it possible to carry melons in a pair of thimbles suspended from a thread, but miracles happen almost every day in this jaded world of cynical disbelievers.)

What is even more disturbing than his series of comments about KA’s breasts is the fact that he now claims that he realized, after seeing the picture that KA posted, that this was a case of mistaken identity all along, and it had not been KA in the dress he remembered. Yet, after realizing it was a mistake, he still called her a whore.

In addition, he also repeated the story to a "small circle of otherwise respected academics" naming KA, when, supposedly, he knew by then it wasn't KA at all.

I’d enjoy reading your reaction to this episode.

Here is part two.

I’m going to leave aside the times when Will called me a bitch, in particular when I objected to his frequent comments about KA’s breasts, and focus on one episode in particular. Again, the links to these comments are in the first page of this thread.

In an interaction with Brent Metcalfe, Will insinuated that Brent was complicit with the murderer, as well as a coward.

Libel?

It’s hardly libel to suggest that you shared in Hofmann’s ideological agenda, especially when you have continued to pursue it to the present day.

Even so, I think it might be best for you to continue hoping I keep confidences. Just remember that there are still people around who know your role in Hofmann’s pre-murderous shenanigans.

I do have to admit that the most hilarious aspect of the entire affair is the thought of you hiding in a darkened basement consumed with the terror that you were the next target. Talk about self-delusion run amok ...

I found this remark outrageous and incendiary, and made my own rude comment towards Will:

Yes, I compared Will’s foul statement about Brent to a fart. In response, Will immediately sexualized his insult, as he often does:

Settle down, beastsheba. I assure you I have no desire whatsoever to watch you bathe.

In the immortal words of Dodge Connelly:

By the way, Belinda, I think you and I are almost the exact same age, which Will already knew, since he claims to have met me at BYU.

Once again, I’d enjoy your reading your reaction and comments. I’m particularly curious as to how it makes you, a woman in your fifties like me, feel when your wife quotes Dodge Connelly “You’re only as young as the women you feel.”

Here’s the final episode I’d like to share.

Liz is a moderator on this board who objected to one of Will’s statements on a thread. He had said:

I've watched you grow dumber over the course of the past two years.

I hope, at least, that you're happier now. What with your wife wearing her tanktop and panties to bed and everything.

My wife just wears the tanktop -- at least for 45 minutes or so. She likes to sleep in her soft flannel jammies.

As this was totally off topic, Liz told Will:

To which Will replied:

Go away, Lizzie. This conversation is over your pretty little head. You want to moderate my comments, go right ahead. Put some bite in your bitchiness.

And then

In retrospect, I have no idea if you even have a “pretty little head.” You see, I am as handsome as my avatar suggests, but I have serious doubts that you are as good looking as your avatar would lead us believe. I’ll bet you’re a wrinkled middle-aged woman with varicose veins and more good years behind you than ahead of you.

Once again, I’m particularly interested in your response to the fact that Will insults a female poster by focusing on her age, insinuating that it makes her unattractive. by the way, I think Liz is younger than both of us.

Which is the first reason to believe "she" is Will. The second reason was "her" refusal to address my response. I guess Will set his new "Belinda" account to ignore me too.

There is just too much of Will's style in her posting. Her attempt to explain his despicable behavior while lifting him up as some kind of anti-litterbug hero, was similar to Will's miserable attempt to explain his broken tooth, with a story that again, makes him the innocent guy with a great heart, wonderful artist, etc. Speaking of which, I hope Will's wonderful "art" comes in the form of drawing, because his "music" is extraordinarily annoying.

The obvious connection between their two styles was subtle at first, but "her" response to Kish tilted "her" hand too much, with all the smack talk about this forum as if she's familiar with it and everybody in it... yeah, that was a dead giveaway. She was more interested in giving backhanded comments directed at the folks here instead of explaining why she married a poor excuse for a man.

Sure, he was outraged back in 1993 when he saw those 4 BYU boys vandalizing a place that we hold almost sacred, and he used some salty language towards them (justified, I think). What is funny is how their reaction was similar to what I have seen here. The BYU vandals (they had not only thrown trash over the edge, but we came along the path just as they were heaving an old log bench over) didn’t appreciate the seriousness of their offense at all. One of them spoke up and tried to criticize Will for his language, saying something like “I can’t believe you would talk like that in front of your wife.” Their distorted sense of morality was lost on them.

Wow. 1993. Your children must have been quite young. I'm sure they were frightened and disturbed to see their father so out of control in anger. Your joking about this event seems to point to some denial and minimization on your part. I doubt your children found it funny at the time.

And as much as I detest littering, I think that the distorted sense of morality is your own and Will's. Will subjected his children to what had to be a frightening temper tantrum and loss of control at their young ages. And you now minimize it and look upon it with seeming fondness. At their young age, their father already seemed HUGE to them, and his anger potentially threatening, no doubt, and this would have only made that natural reaction worse.

I am always saddened to hear stories of parental behavior that, without a doubt, had to frighten and disturb the children.

It may be Will, I don't know. But I do know that when spouses decide to stick with a problematic spouse, they often, usually unconsciously, choose to minimize and ignore problematic behavior.
