Apology for Infymus

Hello Infymus,
I made it a goal that if I saw you ever posting here again I would do this at the first sign of you...and there you are. I want to apologize for my treatment of you on Shades previous board. I mocked you as "Infymus Twit" because I didn't like a photo you posted of Daniel Peterson. I still don't like the photo you used but several months ago I came upon a link to your website and read your blog. I was particularly interested in your comments about your children. I see that you are a good father and that is something I can respect.
Too often on these boards, we only see one side of a person and forget that there is usually more going on. Some of us have a public and private persona and don't often show it on the boards. I know that there is a better than even chance that I might not like the way you deliver a message regarding Mormonism here or that you might use another offensive photo. Your ways are far different than mine.
I will make an effort to remember that you are a whole person ;-) and protest in some other way. I am sorry for mocking you.

Hi Jersey Girl - I stumbled upon this message just now by accident. ;)
No apologies necessary but even so apology accepted.
Hmm, you have me thinking - I haven't done a photo of Daniel for a while now... :)

I greatly admire and value what you said and did in the post above. And, I believe the world in general, and online discussion boards in particular, would be better served the more we each may emulate the principle you espoused.
Thanks, -Wade Englund-

Do IT!
I suggest somethjing along the lines of DCP's face photoshopped onto Mel Gibsons body, quotes from his postings in bubbles above his head.
INSTANT CLASSIC!

Again, that is a classic example of negative stereotyping and prejudice.

Thank you, it bothered me for a long time. I saw that you posted or at least registered on Kevin's CTR board but I don't post there. I'm glad you showed up here so I could carry out my plan. Have a Merry Christmas with your little ones!

"That Infymus Twit" was really one of the finest phrases this board has ever generated. Bravo.
