Reality of buried vaults

Post by _Polygamy Porter »

http://www.cnn.com/2007/US/06/23/buried ... index.html

So this other more famous vault, the one that the Smith charlatan unearthed... it was able to keep the contents in pristine conditions for over 1400 year.. including a steel sword.. in a much wetter climate than the above one.

Why hasn't BYU/Farms revealed this engineering marvel to the world?

The last hebrew in the US was able to build a vault BY HAND, that was stronger and engineered beyond any modern method known today and sealed out the elements for over 1400 years!

Yet a teen aged boy was able to open it up! And even though it was opened, the engineering was sooo good that it continued to seal out the next four years of rain and water..

So then, where is this Mormon engineering marvel?

Here's the diffference: I'm sure God wasn't interested in protecting a 1957 Plymouth. ;)
