I don't get it. Was this a parody someone did or a parody Nibley did of himself. I've heard him say similar things in self-deprecation.

I actually read through this the other day when I was writing my Nibley parody for KA's Reese's thread. I rejected using any of it though because I thought it was too arcane as humor the first time around.
