Does the FLDS ban blacks from the priesthood?

Since the FLDS is supposedly the continuation of the church that Joseph Smith created, and seem to be immune to government pressures unlike the LDS church, do they still ban blacks from receiving the priesthood? Or was the ban instituted later by BY?

If you actually know something about this, why not share some particulars? Why even bother post something so non-informative? Don't try to skate by on your good looks; it doesn't work with me.

That's all I know. I did the research years ago. I remember that at least 3 that have policies about Blacks not holding the Priesthood and at least 2 that didn't.

In the long list of churches that are there, the author fails to tell us where he found that information. Though I do not doubt the validity of some in that list, I wouldn't be surprised to find some made up churches there. I would like to know where he found that information.
