I'm a bishop!

Well, my mother's fondest dreams for me have become a reality. I am now a bishop. I feel truly humbled that the Lord looked down upon the number of my posts and judged that they had reached the right number to call me to this sacred trust. Yes, finally my years of clean living have paid off. Now I can look down at all of the rest of you peons who have less than the 475 odd posts to equal my loft stature in the MDB Kingdom.
If anyone of you want to confess any of your secret sins to me, I promise I will only tell people who post at MA&D so that they may gloat over your apostasy and look forward to the day when the Lord wreaks his deadly vengeance upon you. As long as I only tell them what you told me, it will not be gossip. After all, good bishops, like myself, don't do that kind of sh*t.
Praise me! Pass the money plate.

My bishop is a good and humble man. Perhaps if he wasn't, it wouldn't be so hard to know what he doesn't know. In my interview on Sunday, I was once again treated to the generosity of spirit that he radiates. I'm sad yet glad at the same time that he doesn't know. If he did, it would be just that much harder on him. I prefer to carry that burden alone.

If you're relishing in your newly found power now, just wait until you're a God!

Having to deal with me is enough to humble any bishop. ;-)

There's always the pleasures of a custom title, Trev. Although Cupcake Queen is taken, perhaps you could be some sort of Pastry Knave?

Well, in the tradition of the Roman emperors, I could simply dub myself savior-god. If I can't attain it through the Mormons, I'll just go elsewhere for my exaltation!
