Hi. This post is not about Mormonism (is that allowed here?) Hoping so, here is my dilemma.
I have a newish computer that doesn't take disks as they are apparently passe (nobody told me that!) It takes a flash thingy to copy/save files. I could (barely) work with the small flash to get back-up copies of my Word files, once. Now I have a bigger flash that holds more data. To save my life, I can't figure out how to make it save my files. (Yes, it's embarrassing. I feel like a dolt).
Could someone tell me what instructions to give my (stubborn) computer to get it to cough up the files and copy them to the flash thing? I want to tell it to copy all Word files at once, or something fast like that. All I got so far was a mysterious locked folder that I can't get into and a message that the flash is full. There is nothing else on it, that I can see.
Techies-under-30 don't get how tough it is for us pre-21C types to keep up with the exploding technological scene!
Any help would be greatly appreciated. (Be gentle with me!) :)
