New discovery proves that more discoveries will be made, hence putting to rest a favorite "anti Mormon" argument that all the discovery has been done.

I recognize your sarcasm.
But, once again, we find archeologists surprised, new discoveries knocking down old theories, etc.
But this gives an added little piece of enjoyment. LDS making discoveries. Being respected scholars in their field. Who would have thought.

Oh, that's right, I forgot. I should have added:
LDS scholar involved in new discovery, thereby disproving "anti Mormon" charge that all LDS scholars are disrespected in their fields!!!!

Not to dampen your joy, but technically they ran the tests that confirmed someone else's theory, which was why they were invited to the site.

Dr. Peterson has at least two threads devoted to that particular straw man. I know, this just proves that I have nothing but contempt for him (not to mention his church, its history, and its leaders).

Charity, a discovery backing up what the Book of Mormon dictates is ludicrous and you sound like a naïve idiot when you say otherwise.
Not only is the material highly suspect but the person who supposedly delivered this document to us was highly suspect as well. Criminal would have best described joseph smith.

I am sure that they only sold wheat, barley, and horse meat in this market. Oh and then there was that combination OJ stiletto and coin collectors booth at the end of the market.
