No one has mentioned anything about your family, Josh, and it was very rotten of you to suggest that anyone had. I, for one, have no problem with you posting here, though I do wish you'd try to be a bit less abrasive, and a bit less reactionary.

Facts aren't rotten. Getting a threatening email IS. THis whole thing has now gone to far. I will NOT tolerate THREATS.

Why are you needing to resolve any issue with Mr. Scratch? I understand that you feel threatened at the moment. No one wants to hurt either you or your family. The smartest thing you could do this evening is walk away from the whole thing. I would think more of you if you resisted the allow Mr. Scratch to get under your skin in this way. You are giving him much more power than you should.

Regarding this alleged email, report it to your email provider and allow them to retrieve the necessary identifying information if you really do feel like this situation is a personal threat to your safety. They do have securities in place to block any ensuing email and report it back to the provider of the original email.

Seriously. Walk away from the computer, go to bed by your loved one and cuddle up. You will feel much better.

Well, this time your getting your wish. It took threatening my family.........Hey whatever works, right? I'll be finishing up tonight and tomorrow to have this Scratch issue finalized and then I am going to use Beastie's method and create a junk password, locking me out.. I think Josh probably did receive a threatening email, but I don't think Scratch did it. I think it was forged. How do I know? I don't. I'm just guessing based on personalities. I wouldn't be surprised if someone reading this board sent an email Old Testament Josh just to mess with him. Do I condone it? No. I just don't think I can blame Scratchie for it.

Finding Josh's address is cake with everything he's told us. Anyone could have made up the email he's talking about (except Scratch is unlikely to know how).

I'm leaning towards that theory myself. It's not that hard to do. I could pull it off proving it's not that hard. ;)

With the recent explosion between Scratch and Ray over PMs anyone could have jumped in to stir the pot. I'm not even sure if the person behind it would be an apologist or a critic. A critic could get Josh riled up to lead to something like the explosion we've seen. An apologist might have cooked up something similar to discredit Scratch.

I'm not Scratch's biggest fan but this doesn't seem to fit his style at all.
