JSkains and Private Messages

Is JSkains bugging other people with uninvited, unwanted, and harassing private messages, or it is just me?
I have warned him I will share these PMs on the board, and consider him fairly warned. I view it as similar to receiving harassing phone calls, and warning the person on the other end you are tape recording the call for future use.
If I could just ban him from PMing me, I would, but as far as I know this site doesn't offer that option. So, instead, he's fair warned that I will share his PMs if he continues.

To be fair though, you are a moderator. I guess it depends on whether he was contacting you about mod duties.
For the record, he hasn't PM'd me yet.

Yes, he has been PM'ing me, but I have deleted them without answering.

His PM to me was basically nice. To paraphrase he apologized for his behavior and said "he made an ass out of himself" . Not that I'm a big poster here, I told him I thought he'd be welcome and could add to the discussion if he just cranked it down a bunch of notches.

I doubt it, thinking that such a possibility would go against Keene and Shades' vision of a free speech board.
