What are the chances that a salesman would just happen to have parchements of a Old Testament prophet and Joseph Smith so happening to buy them. The probability is so slim. Ha that woman just said to "ultimately question God". I thought it was wrong to question God. I am going to watch that video again.

P.S. What is the Adam-God theory??? Should I google it? I think I will do that after church tomorow.

In chat she said that even though she was a long time believing LDS member, she had neither read or had even heard about the Book of Abraham.

How can you be an active member of LDS and not know about the Book of Abraham??

I expect she would know what the Pearl of Great Price is, as would many LDS who wouldn't immediately recognize the Book of Abraham as being part of it.

NO!!!. I haven't read the Book of Abraham nor had I read or was told what was wrong with it or what it is about. I have the scriptures you know. I knew people said it was false but never actually looked into it. I believe I once said I would look into it when I have sorted out where I stand with that which I have looked into. I always thought the Book of Abraham discussions were huge and numerous and so I didn't take part as I was already looking into endownments and freemasonary and polygamy and Book of Mormon and other stuff. So I didn't know anything about it, but I knew it existed.

Ask your Sunday School teacher first, then google it when you get home. Then come tell us what you learned.
