You can tell this guy was raised in the church and served a mission. Lies, half truths, distortions - just to make himself (or his church) look better.

What an ass.

Uhh-- you're not very discerning in what you consume in the news. None of the presidential politicians can avoid this kind of scrutiny over campaign exaggeration. To say that Romney learned his lying skills by being a Mormon is a slam of the lowest sort.

In any event, vote for Hillary. She's the better candidate.

Whatever. If you think the other candidates are just as bad, go ahead and start a thread about them if you like. I don't think they are, though.

To say that Romney learned his lying skills by being a Mormon is a slam of the lowest sort.

Yeah, sure it's a slam. Of course it is. I don't think that sort of pandering, or 'lying for the lord', is acceptable (well, i don't any more. i did see it in action, learn it, and use it many times on my mission though).

Why is it low? Is it the reasonability of the assertion that bothers you?

But hey, maybe you're right; maybe Romney is a natural liar, and the church only facilitated the sharpening of his skills. That's plausible.

A politician is a liar by definition. Hillary and Obama are consumate politicians. McCain is a long time politician. Romney is somewhat of a politician but more of a businessman.

I can see why you are where you are today. A hateful apostate who ridicules and condemns the faith of others. Why don't you just go hurl excrement upon a Jewish synagogue?

Oh yeah? Why don't you tell me then?

A hateful apostate who ridicules and condemns the faith of others. Why don't you just go hurl excrement upon a Jewish synagogue?

I wouldn't, nor never have, nor never will do such a thing. However, if I grew up a jew, and then later on in life learned that it was all a big fraud, I'd have some negative things to say about the faith though.

And what definition is that? On what do you base your assertion that businessmen are more honest than politicians?
