Question for BCSpace

Now, you know that this link you're professing as the definitive answer as to what constitutes doctrine is in the COMMENTARIES section of the LDS newsletter web site, right? It's not even on LDS.org! This is some unknown member's (possibly you??) opinion on their version of what is doctrine.

I seriously doubt that the 1st presidency reads and approves all commentaries that are submitted and posted to the LDS newsletter.

Saying doctrine can be found "inside the four standard works" is like saying a particular shell can be found on the ocean floor.
