Wow, You are right dude, it is imposible to disprove anything, because we wouldn't be able to think it if it were not possible. However... I recieved the book in the post by DeBono the other day and I was reading it and quite interestingly, it was talking about (I wish I had it with me, I would quote). I forgot what I was saying. It was talking about religions and how they are created for the ultimate happiness. That we as Christians feel the need because we are provided with the idea of happiness at the end. We can create anything that will provide us with the means of security and comfort and to us whatever we create is real and logical to us. My problem is that my mind is so open, I cannot settle in any religion. I have read books on other religions and tried allsorts, and in the end it doesn't work because I don't accept it fully, I don't allow these idea's to become real in me. Oh I remembered. The book talked about... crud I forgot again.Dang I will write myself a postit and tell you later.

When you get through with your fit of banal laughter, could you please explain what reason do you suppose we have to care, let alone for wanting to disprove your belief even if we could? I ask because I can't think of a single reason for myself, nor can I see any apparent value in making the attempt?

I read it, but it was a couple of years ago, and I don't have it at the moment because I lent it to a relative. I'm not sure I retain enough of it in my memory to take questions, but you could always try me and see.

I've read it, though it's been a few years. But it's sitting only a few feet from me, and I'd be happy to be given a reason to dust it off and jump into it again.
