How science fails to explain anything important

I have several examples that show that materialistic science is wrong.
1. I have a bunch of books on my shelves that contain information. I know this because I can pass this information to others by lending them the books. But scientific materialism claims that books are just paper and ink. How could information be explained in terms of paper and ink? It can't? Just try. No matter what you do you will either fail to explain the information in the book or you will mention other immaterial concepts like the meaning of the words or grammar or something else. So it is obvious that books are more than paper and ink--there is some other thing in there that science can't even touch!
2. Heat flows from hot bodies to cool bodies. It can be used to boil water. It is continuous and is not some bulk motions like the parts of a machine. But statistical mechanics tries to explain heat in terms of the mechanical properties of discrete objects called molecules. Imagine shrinking yourself down. All you see is a big old molecule moving past then another. Nowhere do we see the heat itself. Indeed we couldn't since heat is a continuous thing obviously. Science misses the very thing that needed explaining.
3. Think about the wetness of water. What a wonderful thing. Can science explain this in terms of atoms? I have heard attempts but they just keep talking about the forces between molecules and rotational degrees of freedom. Is that wetness? Wetness is something altogether different. It could never be explained by talking about little chunks of things interacting. Science fail to explain the very thing we asked about (wetness).
4. What about the life in a cell. How is it alive? Science tries to explain it as a molecular machine. But where is the spark of life. A machine could never be alive--thats obvious right? Science sucks big time.
5. How does that little paper clip guy that pops up in Microsoft Word know that I am trying to write a business letter. Don't tell me that dude is explained by electrons bounding around mindlessly. I don't know when Bill Gates sold his soul to the devil but something is spooky.
6. How could eyes, ears, nose and brain explain how I could be aware of the room? Come on. I'm talking about awareness itself (cue spooky music). Not the mere processing of information and responding based on clever neural software. Look in the brain. I don't see the beauty of the sunset or the greenness of green. Where is it? Science fails again.
Instead we should just admit a whole host of words whose meaning is just that-full stop.
Heat is the heatishness itself (science can't touch that!)
Wetness is, well, wetness--come on science!
Information is flowing invisibly and must go somewhere if the books are burned and the computers smashed. It's immaterial.
Consciousness is a pure immaterial something that can never ever be explained by science. By definition it isn't physical nor can it ever be explained by the activity of anything physical --can't you just see that directly?? Just gaze at your navel silently and you will know what I mean. The inability to say anything about something is a grand ability and proof of spirit.
