I think we are on the cusp of regrowing tissue and organs. I don't think it will be long before we can re-grow an entire appendage.

I hardly think regrowing a severed fingertip warrants the claim "Amputee Healed" but good for him.

I have no idea, I just saw the story and posted it without actually reading it. It's more fun that way.

God makes no appearance in that story.
