As they should. There's no good reason to discriminate against homosexuals that's outside of a religious context.

It only took 4 years, but I'm glad to see Prop 22 finally overturned. It was a stoopid law.

* Yes, I'm just making a silly joke. The grounds upon which I oppose gay marriage is that I don't think it should be up to the government to say which relationships are legit in the first place including heterosexual ones. I want civil unions for all including even civil unions between two old siblings living together and taking care of each other as well as "normal" man/woman relationships.
