250???
What a woosie machine!!
You need at LEAST a 600 to be a REAL sport bike rider. Although Honda did make a 2 stroke bullet bike that was something like a 250. But a 2 stroke 250 is was faster than my friend's 600 4 stroke!! It couldn't quite take the 900 though.
* sigh * (Lamenting my younger years when I could get away with riding a bullet bike, not looking like an old man desperate to stay young...)

At how many cc's do insurance rates on motorcycles jump up dramatically? I hear there's a cut-off.
Perhaps that's why she's only on a 250?

I think once you hit 600cc then it starts to take off. They make a Ninja 500 and I hear your insurance is still low.
this Hayabusa by Suzuki is a little bit more power and so a little bit more for insurance.

Kawasaki made a 550. It was one of the first bullet bikes. Early 80's, I think.
I've never heard of a 575.
Ducati makes a 696.

How about if in the background they were singing, "...glitter on the highway...".
