Are Zelph's bones still around?

Does anyone know the location of Zelph's grave? It's recorded in the History of the Church. It seems scientists would be interested in studying the bones of a white lamanite. Remember all the fuss about Kennewick man? If there are no remains left, what happened to them?

They were ground into powder and used to salt the Mount of Olives when we it was blessed and dedicated for the return of the Jews.

I believe the location is currently known as Naples-Russell mound 8. I seem to recall that some of the Zelph artifacts were supposedly kept in SLC in the First Presidency's vault, but I don't have time to track that tidbit down...

According to Wilford Woodruff's journal, he took Zelph's "thigh bone," intending to bury it on the Temple Block in Jackson County, Missouri, but he couldn't make it there so he buried it in "Clay County near the house owned by Colonel Arthur & occupied by Lyman Wright." Woodruff also took the arrowhead found in Zelph, which ultimately made its way into the possession of Emma Woodruff. I don't believe it is known where the arrowhead is today (nor do I think anyone has tried to uncover the thigh bone buried in Clay County).

If anyone wants to dig up the thigh bone or knows of the whereabouts of any of the other bones, send me a sample and I'll genotype it for you. ;)
