Does God/Jesus tell Tommy about the impending storms and to ready the PR machine, or do they rely on the man made technology from the national weather service?

The Number One board idiot even finds a way to criticize the LDS Church for helping out. Course the Church never does anything charitable. These spear head units are often among the first response to any natural disaster. But the Church only does it for PR.
