I was reading this article this morning:

http://newsbusters.org/blogs/justin-mcc ... lave-again

And right in the middle of the page was an ad consisting of a brown box with the LDS logo and below it says, "Truth Restored." After clicking on it you're redirected to the online missionaries.

Is anyone else seeing this?

Couldn't find the add, but the concept is cool. I can see it now "You are called to serve in the Internet Blogosphere mission. You will learn the discussions in French."

They show up as political ads for me. Usually Google advertising is contextual. I'm not sure why you'd be seeing a Mormon ad. Maybe Google is using your cookies to feed you ads they think will interest you.

Well, I don't see it now. Instead I see an ad for Intel centrino processor. I suppose the ad alternates after a few minutes.

Or maybe I'm just going out of my mind.

At least they will be easier to ignore than the stupid radio spots here in Lutheran land.
