I have combed over previous material posted by Dart and have decided that everything he said that made me think he might be racist has a plausible alternative interpretation. Therefore I apologize for asserting that he is a racist. I can assert no such thing with confidence. I suppose I was tuned to look for such things since there was a lot of political heat leading up to the election and he got my goat on political issues several times (I still disagree of course).
My last post on this racist thing wasn't entirely serious anyway I was just being obnoxious.

Apology to Dartagnan
when believers want to give their claims more weight, they dress these claims up in scientific terms. When believers want to belittle atheism or secular humanism, they call it a "religion". -Beastie

Hmmm... maybe.
But then again, if you look hard enough, you can see the virgin mary on a piece of toast.
God belief is for people who don't want to live life on the universe's terms.

Not only that, but we always give a pass to the toast.

The spectrum of the term "racist," is so broad and biased in what it means when people say it that it goes all the way from not supporting affirmative action to forming lynch mobs in the KKK. I think it's very dangerous to lump all those people into the one size fits all favorite term, "racist."
What does racism mean anyway? Do we have a specific definition?
I favor my own family. I favor my own clan. I love and favor my own race, my own genes, and my own blood. If I were any other race but caucasian, this would be acceptable behavior and not subject to reproach. But since I'm caucasian, you've already judged that I'm a racist.
Do I hate other people of a different race simply because they belong to that race? Not really. Usually I get a long with them fine. Do I begin to hate other races when they wage social and political war on me for being a member of my race? Do I lay down and surrender because I'm scared someone might call me a "racist?" Absolutely not, and for that I will ever be at odds with those who do. In fact this manipulative tactic fuels my fire every day.
Ironically some of my most bitter enemies on this issue are members of my own race. But as Bill Clinton has learned with this last election, the devil does not uphold his supporters at the last day. He's courted votes from these people for years to obtain power. Now he's getting a taste of his own medicine.

And when the confederates saw Jackson standing fearless as a stone wall the army of Northern Virginia took courage and drove the federal army off their land.
