Another season of polygamist fun nears! Anyone else looking forward to Big Love Season 3? Only thirteen more days, January 18th. Long overdue for sure [thanks Writer's Guild] but finally it nears.

I certainly am looking forward to the new season, not only for the uncomfortably weird storylines about Bill and the gang, Roman and his harem, and all dark underbelly that apparently exists in Utah...but more importantly, the possibility of Chloe Sevigny/Ginnifer Goodwin nudity! Yes nudity. It's not TV, it's HBOobies.

Stay tuned for my return once again to the recaps of each episode, that little bit of culture that will complete the lives of most of the board members and will make the rest wonder if I'm suffering from a brain trauma of some sort.

Anyone have any thoughts on the season? What they'd like to see? [Besides the ads below]

My wife and I have one episode left of season 2, but I don't know if we'll keep up with season 3 (especially if you're providing episode summaries).

It's certainly a thought provoking show though.

I'll be watching something much more substantive, entertaining, and satisfying, say Godzilla vs. Space Godzilla.

I'll be watching, as you well know.

Just one favor, I can't get each episode until the day after it shows.

So, could you hold off one or two days before your summaries? Please?

I'm not surprised in the least that you think Godzilla vs. Space Godzilla is more substantive, entertaining, and satisfying than Big Love. That's sounds about right.

I don't know...there are literally thousands of PMs coming in asking me to keep them informed on any possible boobage. But I'll try to. Actually since I work on Sunday nights I'll probably won't be able to post those until Monday or Tuesday night.

Totally. Frankly I thought the first season was rather lame, but the 2nd Season, when they introduced all the cloak-and-dagger crime stuff [not to mention that polygamist group who had the butch chick who wielded a branding iron] the show jumped to a new level of awesomeness. The show if nothing else has drawn emphasis to the very real issue of polygamy as a marriage issue and particularly the polygamist compounds that exist within America.

I just reread that thread. Good times. I hope Skippy, Beastie, and Blixa come around a bit for Season 3 discussions. If not I"ll be talking to myself again. The funny thing about that reread is that I haven't written like that [the Bond posts for newbies] in forever. What happened to that playful Bond who wrote such silly things?

Count me in, bond. I already have HBO up and running, so I'll be able to keep up. I, like you, was hoping for some Goodwin boobies. But then I read this.

So, I watched the season 3 premier last night. Pretty good. There's a great scene where the dark skin v. white and delightsome issue is brought into play. Loved it. And Alby is back in a big way. Who else is watching?
