"No Help For the Widow's Son"...?

There was terrible news today of a despondent father murdering his family and then killing himself. Before doing so, he faxed a letter to the local news station in which they report:

At the bottom of the note, the man wrote, "Oh lord, my God, is there no hope for a widow's son?"

Sad and weird.
