I must be totally out of the loop. I live in Utah county, and I was under the impression that all ten commandment monuments couldn't be in public parks. There's one in Provo, but the park it's on is owned by the church I believe. What is more, I have never even heard of Summum. At first I thought why would anyone want a Summum monument around here? But apparently the movement was born here in Utah. What an interesting place in which I live. There is always something weird and outlandish going on.
