I have great news!

I heard back from the attorney I contacted last week regarding Daniel C. Peterson's nasty, libelous comments made on this website about me. The lawyer has expressed interest in pursuing my defamation claim, and I will post any and all updates in this thread.

I also want to make sure DCP knows that should he chose to continue antagonizing me with spurious slanderous nonsense, he will find his cell phone number, home address, home phone number and all the other personal information I have obtained from my step-dad posted on the Mormon Gulag message board.
Why there?
Well, to be frank, I have a much more loyal following there. Sure, I consider many participants here friends but the crowd at the Mormon Gulag website are much more inclined to say, oh I don't know, go pay Mr. Peterson a visit should it come to that.

I just spent the last hour reading through this thread and I have to agree with Jersey Girl when she says this post by GoodK proves how much of a moron he really is. No "street smarts" or any kind of smarts for that matter.

Yeah I called you a Moron "Eric Norwood." You're a freaking idiot! Wanna sue me too? Go for it you wuss. You're bluffing out your ass and everyone here knows it. This is all about you getting attention the only way you can; by being a blowhard apostate with all sorts of juicy rumors and gossip you conjure up to feed your herd.

So you know an attorney who said he will gladly rip you off by letting you pay him a lot of money to file a frivolous suit? What a shocker! Well you're a moron, so that was an easy sell for him. You don't have an ice cube's chance in hell of succeeding. Dan had already made it perfectly clear his intentions and reiterated that he was making the point regarding false statements. You never expressed resentment but only started talking lawsuit when people brought it up, and then you're dumb enough to lay out your malicious motives on the table which will fly in the face of whatever judge reads this case. Courts don't have a lot of sympathy for vindictive assholes looking for attention.

Peterson made a simple test that was clear enough, even though some idiots acted like they didn't get it. This kind of test requires that false statements be made! Duh!

Oh, and does your "attorney" know about your subsequent posts since making the threat? Somehow I doubt it. But then, maybe you are that stupid.

You're the same punk who once told me your income proved you were right in any given argument. As you said it, the fact that you're an under aged millionaire proves you're smart, therefore you win the debate. You like to brag about what you don't have, you love the attention other Mormon haters offer you. And you're the same idiot who tried to give credence to "Loose change," the college drop-out 9-11 conspiracy theorists. Yeah, they're your kind of people.

are you willing to, under oath, explain every post you made on this board. If what you are claiming is intentional emotional distress then prepare to spend days if not weeks explaining your life at a conference table, with a court reporter present. They can charge you with perjury if they think you are lying about something.

You have a right to be angry because adults wanted you to believe crazy things -But you have to choose your battles and this one is stupid. In the long run, lawsuits are stupid. move on. you are way ahead in life.
