OK, so here is the plan...

DCP and Rcrocket and GoodK need to go to their rooms for a time out. (A day away from the computer may be helpful).

A few apologies are definitely in order... I won't make anyone kiss and make up but a handshake will do.

All lawsuits, lies, taunting, deceptions, and the like need to stop immediately!

All posters need to start acting like decent, mature, and respectable adults. (Not asking for perfection or Godliness, just basic decency).

DCP, GoodK, and Rcrocket need to stop sharing personal information and taunting with in real life knowledge... seriously this is out of line.

No more cruelty toward other board participants.

For those who believe in Jesus, you may want to go spend some time reading about the teachings of Jesus (you know, kindness, the golden rule, turn the other cheek, inasmuch as ye have done it unto the least of these thy brethren, etc. etc....), for those non-believers, maybe you could read up on how to handle disagreements with class.

Finally, I'm thinking we could all pray for a happy ending. (Or, dance under a full moon, find a four leaf clover, or rub a rabbit's foot)

I think that it is a good idea. This board will soon fall if things are not settled peacefully. The atmosphere here is pretty bad. Too much mocking and nastiness. More moderation would definitely be in order and Shades need to get the upper hand on the situation on the board. Nastiness needs to be deleted as well as mocking.

Yes, except that a point of the board is to have minimal moderating. I'm thinking we could all moderate ourselves. I know, a novel concept! LOL!

Why do we expect Shades and the mods to clean up our mess?

It is sort of like children needing to work out their arguments without parents stepping in... (well, except for my mommy post putting a few children in time out)!

Generally speaking I find the world just goes better if we defuse rather than advance violence and cruelty.
