Here are a few things Kimberly has said:

Your comments generally don't rile me, Will, but I do hope you're not suggesting that I was one of the "easy" chicks you saw at Exmo Conference, or that I'm one of the "hos" mentioned in your song parody, because nothing could be further from the truth.
There's not one female poster on this board who is a "ho."
Also, it's no big deal, but for the record, my dress wasn't what you remember, Will. Admittedly, I bristled a bit when you said I looked like I belonged at an Adult Film Industry convention. I didn't. The dress I wore was an Anne Klein wrap dress with three-quarter length sleeves and a skirt length to just below the knee. It did have a plunging neckline, but it wasn't as low-cut as dresses worn by other women that evening. Those women were just shaped differently than me. :)
Anyway, I'm not easy and I'm no ho.
Schryver says in response:

I think you may be right. As far as I can tell, they’re all males.
Also, it's no big deal, but for the record, my dress wasn't what you remember, Will.
Could be I missed the forest for the trees.
… I'm not easy and I'm no ho.
You know what they say: “Easy is as easy does.”
In any case, if you’d like to be offended, don’t let me get in your way.
Feb 17 2010:
I have to say this ongoing mentioning of a black dress I wore years ago to an Ex-Mormon conference is growing tiresome. It's being made out to be something it's not. The completely unwarranted brouhaha should have died down long ago. I thought by simply letting it go that the comments would stop, but that hasn't proven a successful strategy thus far.
So, I just now--and I do mean just now--put on the dress and snapped some pics of myself so that everyone can see for themselves just how not-a-big-deal the dress was and is. My daughter's camera is crappy. I'm literally wearing the dress over my exercise pants. My white socks and tennis shoes are still on, and they look very silly with a black dress, so there are no full-length shots. The mirror is dirty in my daughter's room. (I must remember to make her clean it soon!)
So, without further ado, the black dress that is supposedly fit for a porn conference:

There. I'm not embarrassed of it. I don't think it's immodest. If someone has a problem with my dress, I'd say that someone is big-time repressed! Seriously, it's nothing one wouldn't see at any given restaurant on any given Friday night. Good grief!
To which Mr. Schryver responded:
The breast reduction surgery appears to have been successful.

From Kimberly:
Also, just so folks know, I knew before I hit "submit" on this thread that Will would comment. I don't mind. It's okay. I wanted to show that the dress I wore to Ex-Mo conference isn't a little spaghetti strap number (not that I think there's anything wrong with those), it isn't fit for an AVN Conference--it's not any big deal at all. It's just a black cocktail dress.
I think anyone having a problem with the dress has problems of his or her own. ...
While it is true that Will's extremism may be an example of Mormonism gone awry, there are several Mormons who have replied with kindness to this thread and who have rebuked Will openly. They are examples of what is good and right in people, regardless of their religion.
Thanks, all.

I wanted to put to rest the unwarranted conjecture about a dress I wore three years ago. From various online descriptions of it, one would think I spent that October evening of 2006 wearing less than a Kleenex! In reality, I wore a black, conservative cocktail dress to dinner and then enjoyed Brent Metcalfe's presentation. I hope it's obvious now, at least to most folks, that all the hullabaloo over "The Dress" was much ado about nothing.

Krose, your observations are spot-on.
From seeing me one time in the same dress as pictured in the OP, Will has somehow determined that I'm a whore. He has repeatedly, over the span of at least two years, made comments like the following:

I'm easy. (Just like Kimberly Ann!

From seeing me once. Good grief.
I certainly haven't been put through the wringer like John or personally affected by Will's antics like Trevor; they've bigger gripes than me. If there is a pound of flesh to be had, they get their share first. I'll pass on any leftovers.
[Schryver] could [publish his work] sooner, rather than later, if he'd spend less time fostering his creepy obsession with my physique.
From a post made about two or so weeks ago:
William Schryver wrote:
You might be interested in the fact that a couple people were once given the task of investigating the basis for the oft-repeated claim of my wanton vulgarity. What was the result of this rather exhaustive investigation? It was that, although a few minor blushes were induced (amidst the belly laughs), there was deemed to be virtually no substantive basis for the allegations; quotes were found to have been routinely taken out of context, thus entirely altering their true meaning, and a large proportion of the "vulgarities" attributed to me were entirely fabricated out of whole cloth (like, for example, the frequently repeated allegation that I called the golden-haired Kimberly Ann a "whore.")
(Kimberly does remain somewhat famous [among a small circle of otherwise respected academics] on account of my descriptions of her having once squeezed her then more voluptuous spirit tabernacle into a slinky black three-sizes-too-small dress at the 2006 Exmormon Foundation conference in Salt Lake City, which I attended. One wouldn't have believed it possible to carry melons in a pair of thimbles suspended from a thread, but miracles happen almost every day in this jaded world of cynical disbelievers.)
FAIR has made a deal with the devil and they do not care.
Are these the kinds of comments anyone here would say or think were right and proper? Does Kimberly sound like she enjoys being called a whore, ho, and dressed for a porn convention? What is wrong with these apologists?
