Can anyone start a church and not have sex with the members?

Is there a law that when someone starts a new religious movement he has to have sex with his followers? I suppose it's typical male behavior to want to screw every hot piece of tail in your vicinity, but some of these guys actually write it down as a new rule for the religion. It would be nice if any of these guys would differentiate themselves from the others by simply preaching their version of the word of god and worry about having sex during their free time, away from the pulpit.

Yeah, men continually create God in their image...
A guy wants a harem so God must have one. A guy wants multiple sex partners so Jesus must have had sex with all sorts of his female followers.
Sigh..
