Check it out, this one features our very own Dr. Shades!
The Mormon Expression podcast episode 2: Internet vs. Chapel Mormons is now available online at
http://mormonexpression.com.
Here is the description:
In this episode we are talking with special guest Jason, a.k.a. “Dr. Shades”, about the Internet vs. Chapel Mormon dichotomy. You can see his webpage dealing with this topic at
http://www.mormoninformation.com/imvscm.htm. We discuss the distinction between internet and chapel Mormons, belief patterns in the Church today, orthodoxy, the influence of apologetics today, and the role of General Authorities. We also discuss the reception that Jason’s ideas have received in the Mormon world and particularly FAIR’s response to Jason’s theory.

Ill have to check that out! Our own Dr. Shades explaining his viewpoint.
I enjoyed the last one, which I finally listened to yesterday. It will be good if someday we can hear a faithful view of the church as a counterpoint to some of the anti-rhetoric that's espoused.
The negativity aside, it did make for interesting listening for anyone looking to hear real people who left the church who arent raving, salivating, anti-mormons.

That was 58 minutes and 10 seconds of sheer, unadulterated bliss.
A big THANK YOU to you, John!

My wife actually said shed come on for that whole "married right after mission" thing you were talking about. Although I don't think she quite realizes what shes saying, she can't even tolerate me talking about things said on this board.
She has zero tolerance for negative statements about the church.
Maybe I didn't express the offer properly. I appealed more to her ego in that she would forever be available for people to listen to in a podcast.

I've been working on a new tag line for the show:
Mormon Expression…it’s like poison for your ears, but awesome poison that is really candy. Not sissy candy like Pixie Sticks but cool ninja candy like Pop Rocks mixed with Coke.
What do you think? Maybe I should switch careers and start to write copy.

You should get the announcer from Dan Carlin's Common Sense to read that.

I love that Podcast. Carlin has a great approach to history. Glad to hear there is another fan out there.

But doesn't that quote sound like something from Dan?
