The third episode of Mormon Expression is out. This one covers the panelists positive thoughts about the LDS church and culture. It can be found on on the website here:

http://mormonexpression.com/?p=111

In this Episode each of the panelist discusses the three things about the Church they admire, they miss or they respect. Topic range from music, to freemasonry. Also discussed are various doctrines, culture, society, business and practices of the Church. See if the panel can agree on even one thing, and if the ex-Mormons can’t say anything nice or can’t say anything at all. Plus, the panel is joined by its first female voice.

I think its time for me to out myself for those who are unfamiliar with my background. The panelist Jim is none other than Mercury a.k.a. vegasbright/vegasrefugee.

Also I want to take time to thank John for putting this podcast together. This is not exactly a small undertaking that he has engaged. A podcast takes a great deal of time and patience. For that I thank him and all the panelists, especially the pro-mormon ones. It takes courage to stand up for your beliefs and for that I commend the believers.

Thanks all! Enjoy the podcast. I know I do. You can subscribe to Mormon Expressions on Itunes as well if you are familiar with the process and doing so helps you keep up to date on the newest episodes.

I actually am an I-Tunes subscriber. I haven't listened to episodes 2 and 3 yet, though.

I was having too much fun at the beach last week.

I would love to participate in your forum sometime, particularly when you are discussing women's issues and the Church.

You are on. I've got a women's issues podcast in the works. I will be getting in touch with you in the next week or so.

Great podcast! Easily the best lump of audio I have ever listened to. That Nyal is one sharp pencil. I bet he is good looking, too.

I heard a rumor that in Episode #5 (yet to be released) he gets the slap down.

This was pretty amusing, speaking of the apologists attempt to wiggle out of the Great Flood Theory:

Incognito responded with: "I have heavily studied LDS doctrine my whole life and this is just some stupid theory by overzealous prideful in knowledge Mormons who are off their rocker"

A wise person on this very forum once cracked wise, "What was the rainbow a token of, again? It was a token that the Lord would never again destroy the world by a localized flood, right?"
