Update on a Project Spun Off by the Maxwell Institute (FARMS

A nice little piece regarding a colleague of mine, and a project that was launched and, for many years, housed within what is now the Neal A. Maxwell Institute for Religious Scholarship (formerly known, simply, as FARMS):
http://www.physorg.com/news166200717.htmlIt used to be part of
my administrative portfolio, when I directed the Institute's Center for the Preservation of Ancient Religious Texts, or CPART. (Scratch claims that it's an
apologetic undertaking, for reasons best understood by
him).

Interesting project.
I can honestly say that is the second most interesting "examination" of an ancient Egyptian papyrus I have ever heard of.

Hope any names recovered from these illegible documents (sounds a bit like my desktop) can immediately be forwarded to the Temple to do lists.

Have you used this technique on the papyrus in the church archives? If so what were the results.

I fear that the Church-owned papyri may be only all-
too-legible. My fear may be unfounded. It could be that they hold, hidden, vast stores of previously unknown and exculpatory data pertinent to Book of Abraham. The mere possibility is tantalizing. I can only hope that Dr. Bay will turn his considerable attention, finally, to matters closer to home.

He claims that because it is classic tier 1 apologetics. I understand this just as well as he does.
Will your colleague be rowing next month, or cheering from the sidelines?
