Mormon Gulag Short Film

I am very, very proud to announce that the short film, "Clearing Time: Fighting a Mormon Gulag" is finally available for viewing pleasure.
Clearing Time exposes deceit and abuse at Utah's West Ridge Academy (also known as the Utah Boys Ranch or Mormon Gulag). The short film documents the Utah Boys Ranch Network's quest for justice.

I trust Lowell Bennion would be rolling in his grave right now.
Eric, you don't think he would have approved of this, do you? or that he knew at all about this kind of stuff?
Or did this crap already start before Buttars bought him out? I hope not.

The music stinks. It gave me a headache. Also, your trailer is total propaganda. The black and white interviews are usually done for effect. It brings off gloom and it highlights the depressed nature of the words said by the interviewee. It also creates an emotional feeling inside the viewer.
I am sure that many will enjoy it because it is antimormon. You should get some hits from born again christians and other people who hate the LDS church. However, I will be more impressed if the state of utah begins to investigate the ranch. But so far, this does not seem to be happening. Why?

Why don't you refute some of the points he made instead of labeling Propaganda, give us some examples?

Wait, you mean somebody is doing something for effect in a MOVIE?
Walmart, it is supposed to create an emotion inside the viewer. That's the point of art.

Keep up the good work, Eric.
If I might make a suggestion:
Post the DVD at no charge.
"If you believe our vision is clear, please help up keep the spotlight burning by returning to make a donation"
Mormons won't give you even a dollar until you overcome their skeptism.
Mormons ought to be your target audience because that is where the new boys are coming from.
Win them over with the DVD first.

I think Lowell Bennion started something altruistic that was completely transformed by Chris Buttars. I don't know much about Bennion but it sounds like he was a great guy. I don't know if it's in the trailer, but Buttars bought the ranch for a million bucks.
