It seems to me that Mr. Osborne is a strange combination of conflicting impulses.
Hard to say if he is really a believer. Or just a mocker of believers. Or a believer in mockers.
All in all I'd say he fits in pretty well on this board. I suspect he's the kind of believing Mormon that ex-mormons just love to have around. And since there aren't many of the believing Mormons left here anymore, he seems to stick out more than he would otherwise. Whatever happened to Ash and Peterson and Shryver anyway? Did I miss their farewell? they were the only reaons I was interested in this place. It was fun to watch all the ex-mos circle around them like a mob.

It's difficult to defend the indefensible.
(Nevo, Jan 23) And the Melchizedek Priesthood may not have been restored until the summer of 1830, several months after the organization of the Church.

"Finally, for your rather strange idea that miracles are somehow linked to the amount of gay sexual gratification that is taking place would require that primitive Christianity was launched by gay sex, would it not?"

John Waite,
I’m a believer and have spent countless hours on the Internet and at church testifying of the restoration of the gospel.
It’s obvious that I get off on a little sexual innuendo and flirting because it’s fun. And I do get pissed off when church leaders have talked against birth control and oral sex.
I confess that my testimony has been somewhat weaker these days and I’ve not been attending my meetings including the temple since my divorce. It's a struggle.

I committed fornication as a teenager prior to my mission and had to see a GA in 1982 in order to qualify. My family was elated to see me go on a mission. A lot of people on this earth commit fornication.

Paul O
And a lot of them don't.
Just sayin', for the benefit of those who think ALL LDS women fornicate.
