I'm sure that some NOM's do, but not all. For me, it's not about strength to stand up for convictions. It's about making a conscious decision about what is best for my family...for my circumstance.

I think that everyone has to walk their own path and do what is best for them. No one can tell me what is best for my situation because they are not living it. And, I would never attempt to tell someone else what is best for their situation, either....for the same reasons.

It's what they have to deal with. I can't do it for them.

I suppose, that, for me, it's the rift that I choose to avoid.

Whatever Liz,

NOMs are duplicitous misfits by definition. A believing Mormon has no idea what you're up to. If they did, they wouldn't call you sister.

Have a little respect for yourself. If you don't have a spine, own it.

You know, Inc, I really don't appreciate this type of hostility. Who are you to tell me that I don't have respect for myself?

I have plenty of respect for myself, and for my family. It seems like YOU are the one who is having a hard time respecting other's choices that happen to be different from your own.

He sounds quite Mormon to me.
