What Is Your Level of Education?

Post by _Ray A »

I'm curious to know how many "Brights" post here. Doesn't matter how many posts you've done, seven or seven thousand, nor which side of the fence you inhabit. If you feel brave enough to post the details of your degree, level and where attained, that will make it more interesting.

I hold a Master's degree and spent 2 years in a Ph.D. program before I decided to withdraw and return to private practice (for family reasons)...I guess I'm somewhere in between on your categories.

by the way, what's a "Professional Degree"?

I assumed a JD would qualify. Would a medical or dental degree likewise qualify?

The hell I am. Anyone who has ever talked with me would know I have a large and hungry ego! Speaking of which, it needs to be fed. Now where is my mirror?

Ray, you mentioned "Brights". Is that a new term for having advanced degrees? I thought the standardized designation was Egghead.

A little flattery goes a long way to encourage voting, Mok.

I graduated from BYU-I with a B.S. in mechanical engineering and now I'm a couple classes and a thesis away from a M.S. in nuclear engineering from University of Idaho. I'm another one of those "in betweeners."
