I will also admit that I too thought it was a bit weird that a single nude hot tub incident ruined the rest of her life, but I am familiar with Kevin Garn so I gave him the benefit of the doubt.

This man needs to stage a press conference and give a graphic, long winded description of what happened. To make sure nobody is confused about what happened his speech ought to be followed by a movie clip that reenacts the event.

I suspect he did only what he said. If the girl is coming clean after all these years after extorting money out of him she has little reason to make it sound less then it actually was.

I don't think this event was the main cause of the girl's problems either.

I do think it was disgusting and wrong for him to do this and if I lived in Utah I'd check to see if my representative applauded when this happened....and if he did vote against him next time.
