Not if you believe what Joseph Smith taught in the King Follet Discourse. He taught very plainly that those who die as babies will be babies in body while ruling as Gods. He is pretty clear on it in his talk. He didn't say they would come out mature and looking 28 years old or 35 or whatever but that they would be resurrected and reign as Gods in the same body they had when they died.

Somehow LDSinc sees fit to leave this part of his talk out of what they publish for members today.

This is what I learned in my temple preparation class.

However, given the changes thus far, and that the changes made the ceremony far less dramatic and offensive after each change, I can only imagine how grisly and gruesome it had to be back when Mary got her new name...
