Is that what you call them? For some reason the word bribes came to my mind. The Olympics are always corrupt, it was just so plainly obvious the way it was handled with the 2002 Winter Games.

Call them what you will. They were acquitted. There was no wrongdoing under the law.

Yes, they were not convicted. You remember Tom Welch, don't you? The phone call to 911 about him beating up his wife? The phone call made by his son who watched his mother being beaten by his father... so he called the police?
