Once a prophet... always a prophet...
Is there any behavior that would call into question someone's claim as a prophet.

Hi MV,
No.
So long as followers receive a witness of some sort, behaviors matter not, at least not to the followers.

“Always” and “never” are terms rarely accurate as applied to human behavior, tendency, propensity, certainty.
Once a child, always a child.
Once acting with mature conduct, always acting with mature conduct.
Once married, always married.
Once religious, always religious.
What’s a “prophet”? There must be some measure of that which is prophesied. Absent objective, testable analysis, any individual can claim anything without accountability.
A meteorologist is a profit. When he/she says there is an 80% chance for rain, that does not mean it will rain. The veracity cannot be a guess that happens to develop. The answer to your title is no.
The term “prophet” means different things to different people. If the alleged prophet is correct most of the time, one might place some credibility. However, any claim is subject to test and objective, impartial analysis. If the prophet is wrong half or more of the time, no credit.

I like what JAK said.
