Because if the husband of the dying wife can control his sex drive, and the soldier stationed in a war zone for months can control his sex drive, then so can any other man.
What a wonderful marriage that will be.
"Not tonight, honey. Why don't you just pretend I'm dying or that you are stuck in a cave in Afghanistan. And don't forget to take out the garbage."

Perhaps he should improve his technique (and now we have once again touched on the subject that got me banned for life from ZLMB...)

Doctor CamNC4Me wrote:Uh. Soldiers stationed in war zones don't control their sex drives. They watch pornography every chance they get. They hook up with females every chance they get (and in mose cases the truth is the same reversed). You better believe they're rubbing one out every chance they get. Their sex drives aren't controlled; they're managed... Just like in ordinary life.
LDS soldiers who value their temple vows would not behave as you describe (which I don't doubt is accurate for general population)... or they'd be ex'ed.
Try to stay within the parameters of the OP, Cam, and not extract to the general population. General population is going to behave differently than an endowed couple, even if one of them wants to be released from his endowment.

Perhaps she should give it up more than twice a month - good technique or bad. And if he does have bad technique she could always tell him what she wants.

Something is wrong if the language of love making has phrases like give it up. It sounds like she should share the TV more instead of participating in something very personal.

Huh. You think LDS soldiers don't behave like that. Interesting. I would say plenty do. Additionally, it's cult-like that the Mormon church would try to control someone's sexual behavior. It's none of its business.

The pornographic arts are one of the greatest gifts that God has given us, to be partaken of in the spirit of joy and thanksgiving.
As soon as you are willing to offer your wife or daughter to be part of that gift for the benefit of others, I'll believe you.
