"Me thinks"
I can't think of a more irritating phrase used on Mormon-themed boards. Can we please stop using it? I know it's not fair, but whenever I see someone use it I immediately assume he/she is a simpleton. Probably not true most of the time, but that's my knee jerk reaction.
Sorry, rant over.

Here are two more for your drinking game: "I have no dog in this fight" and "That dog won't hunt."

Doh!
Can I still use "dog and pony show"? It's one of my favorites.
For example, "If you guys aren't really interested in the weddings of 'the world,' then why the dog and pony show outside temples with wedding gowns, tuxedos, bridesmaids and groomsmen?"

I don't really have a dog in this fight, but methinks that dog won't hunt.
God belief is for people who don't want to live life on the universe's terms.

While were going on about bothersome phrases, I think the word "ilk" is pretentious! I mean really! Who actually ever uses that word in real life and lives to tell about it. . . as in, isn't beaten alive by their friends for being such a dweeb!

I've tried this with "Morgbot" but to no avail.
