I got banned from MAD :(

After getting into an altercation with board favorite Pahoran, my account at MAD was recently banned and many of my comments deleted :(

On a brighter note, I have recently adopted the handle of Pahoran's_Gay_Lover as my new name. We'll see how long that handle lasts before it is also deleted.

It makes perfect sense if they are determined to stifle real discussion, not just debate. It's basically giving the green light to vitriol and vituperation from the apologist side and quick exits to critics who dare to object.

Only those folks could think that even more heavyhanded "moderation" in favor of apologists will facilitate discussion. I admit it: that board is more of a joke than I thought possible. Sad, really, when you think of some of the interesting discussion that used to happen there.
