My religious experiment: Athena

I decided to run an experiment. It has never in the history of the world been proven that Athena does not exist in the heavens, directing and assisting with the work of mortals. It follows that there is a possibility Athena does indeed exist.
I decided to experiment on Athena today. I devoted the whole day to her by first reading about her, then pondering about her, then making my actions coincide with what she would desire of me. I felt I needed to "Come unto Athena" today. Throughout the day, I put effort into centering my thoughts on her. To be honest, there were many times I found myself distracted because I was really enjoying my family.
There was a time I was driving to the store with my 2-yr old and I looked back at him and smiled. He smiled back at me and it was so sweet and a very good feeling washed over me. I made sure to attribute that good feeling to Athena's power.
I fixed my fence today and used my thoughts of Athena to help me with her wisdom, industry, and skill. There is a good possibility she was smiling down on me as I worked. The sun was warm (especially for early Feb) and the work went quickly.
I ended the day with a humble prayer. It went like this:
"Dear Athena, I devoted this day to you in hopes that you would bless me with your wisdom. Please let me know that you are real. Do you really exist?"
I knelt in silence picturing her in my mind. I pictured an owl, a helmet, a snake at her feet. I pictured her strong form in glory and exceeding light and power. After a pause, a very peaceful feeling washed over me. I felt total calm and happiness. It was a beautiful feeling.
I ended the prayer with: "I thank you, Athena, for your great love and wisdom this day. In the name of Athena, Amen."
Now I make a strong case for the existence of Athena.
Thank you,
Zee.
