Also beware that somehow exmormon.org has an Iframe exploit on it (the main site). It's a Blackhole Exploit Kit, a very nasty one too. You can visit the forum area, but the main site will throw an anti virus warning IF you have one installed... Not sure how he got it there, possibly through a php mysql hack. Someone mentioned he was told a couple days ago but he hasn't done anything about it.

DON'T visit it unless you have anti-virus software. At least not for a couple more days.

Thanks, Infymus. I should have mentioned that it was down because of a virus, which I had heard yesterday.

I'll always have a soft spot in my heart for RFM ... the RFM of more than ten years ago, before it changed format and became too big for the cohesion or community it once had.

This has been fixed today

I don't know where the virus originated. It affected the first page of the site only. It may of come from my ISP via another of their sites. I did not do any updates or uploads to the site on the day corresponding to the date-time of the page.

Please keep us informed if it happens again.

Steve Jobs stole the unix desktop market away from Linux.

I cut my comp.os.* teeth on Linux, been using it since .93 beta days when it came off the ftp sunsite and onto 40 floppies, had lunch with Linus himself and Bob Young(Redhat founder), but Linux is more like a well built kitcar and OS X is a Ferrari.
