Why does the church deny agency?

Our agency is supposed to be about the most important part of the Plan O' Salvation.
However, every year women are denied the right to CHOOSE if they want to be eternally sealed to their ex-husband or not.
In fact, these women are being forced to live in polygamous sealings during their earth life.
Why is their choice being denied by the LDS church?

Because God is a Man.

No good. You are a man, too, and I am pretty sure you wouldn't deny a woman the right to divorce herself from an abusive spouse.

Intellectual vacuity is an unfortunate condition with which we must contend within this veil of tears.
Yet contend we apparently must.

It's amazing how agency has been redefined to mean unlimited freedom to do anything you want or have anything you want by those who claim to have once been members. Someone wasn't paying attention.

So we are not free to choose who we which to be sealed to for eternity? Why is a woman not free to choose who she wishes to be sealed to?
I don't see how choice in marriage is "unlimited freedom."
Please explain why a woman who chooses to divorce an abusive spouse is denied a temple divorce.

Nehor is right.
Agency the capacity to make a limited range of choices in the face of coercive consequences - like the choice to fight a rapist. Well, sometimes. If we are explaining why God allows people to rape and pillage, then the importance of not restricting their choices or providing immediate consequences for them is crucial. Our definition of what agency is and why it is important expands and contracts as needed.

We are.
Why is a woman not free to choose who she wishes to be sealed to?
She can. Wanting to change your mind is the problem.

It's not. It's a symptom.
Please explain why a woman who chooses to divorce an abusive spouse is denied a temple divorce.
Because there is no such thing as a 'temple divorce'. If you mean cancellation of sealing it is because she made covenants that she can't sever on a whim. With a legal divorce some of the covenants become invalid. The rest stay in force.
Deal with it. I can assure you if you are worried that no one will be stuck with an abusive spouse for eternity.

Wow, everything about this post is wrong. Pretty impressive.
