Does Utah allow people to marry their First Cousin, but not their Partner?

Utah allows first cousin marriages with restrictions. Without looking it up I believe it is age 55 or older and/or certified to be unable to have children.
This was only put into law within the past 10 years or so. A few years after the State legislature finally made it illegal to have sex with animals...before then sheep and salamanders were fair game.(will have to ask Diddlin'dallin if that included White Salamanders)
