Changing student wards to something else once again. Kind of like Jesus taking eight years to come up with he real name of his church - only to have l-dsinc change it again years later.
These guys must have ex-government workers in the mix to come up with more cosmetic changes that do little but demand new stationery and more make-do jobs.
