For Joseph--For the Record--my "Spring Awakening" avatar

My use of the "Spring Awakening" avatar is cleared and legal through its' specific fair use act:

Since I am not using the album work for any type of financial gain, and strictly using it for my personal use, and have kept it in its original form, it is perfectly legal for me to use.
Actually, I think that I have done the musical a service by using it. At least one poster here actually saw the musical based on my recommendation, so the "Spring Awakening" folks actually made money off my using it! ;-)
I am also a member of the "Spring Awakening" official fan club. I am registered on their site, and have also promoted the musical on my broadwayspace website.
At any rate, I did not want there to be any drama about one of the Mods here misusing copyright for her avatar.
If I had discovered that I was misusing it, I would have deleted it.
